The scholarship will give a student the chance to complete their final year research project and work for Worthing-based Equiniti, which provides finance and administration services and technology solutions to businesses.
This scholarship will give the student an understanding of the working environment and ethos, help them develop time management skills and completed specific tasks within set parameters, and build interpersonal skills and confidence.
It also gives the student the opportunity to develop a final-year research project with module supervisors and staff at Equiniti which specialises in finance and administration services, as well as smart technology solutions.
Professor Chris Pole, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, said: “This new partnership with Equiniti supports our university strategy partnership value and demonstrates that learning through practical experience in our degree programme has the greatest impact on our undergraduate students.”
